Introduction to FX Series Connectors

The FX series straight push-pull connectors are used in applications requiring high-density installation, relatively confined spaces, and where rotational mating and separation are difficult. They are widely applied in military and civilian fields such as radio equipment, infantry gear, rugged computers, medical devices, testing and inspection equipment, audio-video devices, data acquisition, and industrial control systems for transmitting AC/DC, high-speed, RF, and optical signals.

Features of FX Series Connectors

1. High-Speed Capability: Supports direct transmission of various high-speed signals under standard protocols (USB2.0, USB3.0, HDMI, SATA, DP, Gigabit Ethernet, 10 Gigabit Ethernet, etc.).

2. Compact Size: The smallest shell size, FX101, has a maximum outer diameter of only 12.4mm.

3. Multi-Signal Integration: A single connector enables integrated transmission of low-frequency, power, high-speed, RF, and optical signals.

4. Straight Push-Pull Mating: Allows blind mating and enables quick connection and disconnection.

5. Features: Shielding, sealing, environmental resistance, and long service life.

6. Multiple Keying Options: Provides anti-mismating functionality.

7. Plug and Socket: Straight push-pull locking mechanism.

8. Socket Installation: Nut-fastened mounting with conductive O-ring for shielding and sealing.

9. Socket Leakage Rate: Under a pressure difference of 1×10⁵ Pa, leakage rate shall be <1.0 Pa·cm³/s (excluding fiber optic and RF products).

10. Water Pressure Resistance: When mated, withstands 2m water depth for 24 hours (excluding fiber optic and RF products).

11. Versatile Contact Arrangement: Both plugs and sockets can accommodate pins or sockets (excluding fiber optic and RF products).

12. Termination Types: For high-speed and low-frequency contacts—plugs use wire soldering, sockets offer both wire soldering and straight PCB soldering.

13. Multi-Key Positioning: Uses keying structure and color coding for dual anti-mismating protection.
